Montréal Idle
The Leanor and Alvin Segal Theatre (5170 Cote-Ste-Catherine).

“Montréal Idle” is a musical spoof on the current tsunami of reality TV shows inundating the airwaves. Be amused and abused by local business 'tycoons' performing side by side with professionals from all corners of the entertainment scene as they vie for the coveted first place prize of becoming Prime Minister of Canada for a day (or plumber in charge of the Segal Centre washrooms, whichever they prefer!). From 11-year-old violinists to bagpipe players in drag - there's something for everyone and his Aunt Tilly!

Penned by Tex Dawson, the “King of Montréal Comedy.” Directed by Randy Davies.
