Arts Promotion Cultural Program

This grant is provided to Canadian groups and individuals for the promotion of Canadian culture abroad in all artistic disciplines by helping to cover the costs of international transportation.

As part of its International Cultural Relations Programme, the Canadian Department of Foreign Affairs supports Canadian arts and culture abroad by assisting Canadian individual artists and artistic groups with costs for promoting their work internationally. This includes contributing to costs related to touring and participation in important artistic events or international festivals.

Eligibility
  • Individuals, institutions or organisations that create, interpret, promote or market Canadian cultural products for the international market

Amount

Varies. Usually covers: cost of international transportation or approximately 30% of the total project budget.
