This residency encourages exchanges between media artists and artists' groups from different regions of Quebec in the domains of film, video and media arts.
This residency is intended to encourage exchanges between artists from different regions of Quebec, by fostering synergy between an artists' approach and the directions followed by an arts organisation such as an artists' centre, an association, or an event.
