Multidisciplinary Arts Artistic research and creation Grants—Type A

Support to artists with at least 10 years of professional experience for research and creation in the area of multidisciplinary arts.

This grant is intended to support research or creation of works by enabling multidisciplinary artists or arts organisations to carry out projects that foster their artistic development. The multidisciplinary arts encompass forms of expression that use several disciplinary codes and whose practice, language and works lie outside recognized artistic forms. Projects may involve: thematic or formal research, multidisciplinary research or creation, exploration of a new artistic vocabulary, new materials, new technologies or new media.

Eligibility
  • Minimum 10 years professional experience
  • Have had works presented in a recognized professional context
  • Artists with under 10 years experience may apply when their artistic output warrants it
