Carolyne Van Der Meer has been working as a journalist and editor for many years. She has written for more than 70 publications including The Montreal Gazette, Communication World, Today's Parent, Flare, Style at Home, Montreal Review of Books and the Literary Review of Canada, among others. In addition, she is Associate Editor of Montreal-based Accenti Magazine and Deputy Editor of UK-based Bronte Studies. She has also worked in corporate communications and agency environments, and teaches in McGill University's Public Relations program.
