ELAN is pleased to announce the Arts & Community Culture On-the-Road (ACCORD) Touring Project; a 2-year pilot project from this fall through to 2013.

What is ACCORD?

Arts and culture have an important role to play in the English-speaking communities of Quebec. ACCORD aims to develop a network to facilitate cultural touring in the regions.

Questions? Please contact Elsa Bolam, ACCORD Project Coordinator at accord.info@quebec-elan.org

How do I participate?

Project Components

  • PRODUCTION PARTNERS
In Phase I, ELAN and the Regional Associations will identify a producing partner in each of the participating communities and work with this partner to develop production capacity and design a production project for Phase II.
  • ONLINE DIRECTORY OF ARTISTS AND PRODUCERS
Also in Phase I, ELAN and QDF will build a directory of artists and producers interested in taking part.
  • MAILING LIST
We will send out monthly bulletins with information about events taking place in the Regions. If you wish to join this mailing list, please click here to give us your email address.
  • TOOL KIT
The ACCORD Tool Kit will feature a comprehensive listing of how-to information for regional partners. The directory is under construction now and will continue to grow over the next two years.

This project is made possible through funding by the Canadian Heritage - Development of Official-Language Communities Program and our partnerships with the Quebec Drama Federation and Quebec Communities Group Network.
