13th Annual YES Art Expo and Artists’ Conference: Business Skills for Creative Souls

YES’ Business Skills for Creative Souls Artists' Conference brings together emerging and established artists from all disciplines for a full-day of inspiration, information and exchange. Mark your agendas, prepare for networking galore, and don’t forget your business cards! 

The conference is nestled within the YES Art Expo, a showcase of 60 young, emerging artists presenting sculptures, photography, paintings, jewellery, crafts, fashion and much more, all of which will be available for sale. 

Art Expo: Sunday, June 2 • 1PM – 7PM and Monday, June 3 • 12PM – 6PM 
Artists' Conference: Monday, June 3 • 9:30AM – 4:15PM

This summer, check out the plethora of workshops, tours and conferences organized by McGill's Personal And Cultural Enrichment Program's, all related to the arts.

These include: "As Seen From the Sidewalk: The Architecture of Downtown Montreal," a fourt-part walking tour and course on the development of architecture in downtown Montreal; "Humane Exposures: A Photographer’s Workshop for Social Engagement," a workshop that will look at the intersection of personal photography art practices and social engagement; and "The Musical and Cultural Significance of The Beatles," a four-part lecture workshop series on... guess!

Infinitheatre's Poker-in-the-Pool!

The team at Infinitheatre has a winning hand to cure your April blues. By Popular demand we are bringing back our Poker-in-the-Pool event and this time around it's promising to be bigger and better than ever! So take out your calendar and mark off April 27th, because this is one evening of fun you don't want to miss!

Join members of Montreal's theatre and business community at Bain St-Michel as Arthur Holden and Tullio Cedraschi, our two previous winners, take on all challengers. We've got artwork, hotel stays, theatre tickets, and more! Everyone is guaranteed to win at least one prize.

The first round of play will begin at 5pm. No experience? No problem! Our very own poker experts will be leading a tutorial at 4pm where you can learn how to hold 'em like a pro.
