Director's Message -- June 2012

Fri 01 Jun, 2012 - Director's Message

In the past few months all of us have been affected by protest marches, pan-demonium parties, hovering helicopters, and the growing feeling that it is time to rethink the model. ELAN's contribution is two-fold. First, we are organizing a record number of schmoozers this summer to provide opportunities for artists to get together in Montreal, Quebec City, West Quebec, the Laurentians and the Townships. Second, we have revisited the schmoozer format to make it more interesting and useful by providing a 'minute market' for you to present your latest work. We invite you to bring along books, CDs, art objects, or event tickets to offer as door prizes. If you have never been to an ELAN schmoozer there will never be a more propitious moment to join the party!
