The workshop will begin with a warm-up associating movements and voice. This deep energetic work will engage all of our senses and body, from the physical to the emotional to the energetic. We will connect with our organs through our fluid system, developing sensory perceptions and finding our fundamental sound. We will use open explorations and guided exercises to enter a personal creative process towards developing a solo.
This workshop offers an opportunity to take the stage, research movement while being observed, find new tools for creation, and take risks in order to find one’s voice and to take the first steps towards creating a solo project. There will be an open presentation at the end of the workshop. An additional hour at the end of the three hours group workshop will be dedicated to a personalized one to one exchange.
