To better support the community in this uncertain period, ELAN\u2019s Qu\u00e9bec Relations webinar series is ready to share important information to not only help artists and organizations find financial aid but also think creatively about how they can effectively shift their practice online.<\/p>\n<p><strong>COVID-19 Resources for Artists<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our first session on <strong>June 11th<\/strong> at <strong>2 PM<\/strong> will provide an overview of all the most useful COVID-19 resources for artists. From the latest CERB guidelines for individuals to the Canada Emergency Wage Subsidy and other vital resources for organizations, we will walk you through all the main forms of government support available to see you through this difficult period. In addition, we will share some useful and often overlooked discipline-specific emergency funds available through professional associations and foundations that can provide you with a bit of added stability. Participants are also invited to submit specific questions to research@quebec-elan.org ahead of the session and we will do our best to cover as many as time allows.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Introduction to Live Streaming and Monetization<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Our second session on <strong>June 25th<\/strong> at <strong>2 PM<\/strong> will answer the questions on many artists\u2019 minds right now: with galleries, venues and theatres closed, how do I put my art online and monetize it? In our introduction to live streaming and monetization webinar, we will provide you with a clear and concise overview of the different platforms at your disposal, the services available to monetize your work (as well as strategies to do so more effectively) and the technical tools you need to get started with sharing your work during COVID-19.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #17a46a;\"><strong>June is slated to be a big month for Qu\u00e9bec Relations, so make sure you don\u2019t miss out!<\/strong> <\/span><\/p>\n<p>To register for one of both free webinars, send an email to <span style=\"color: #0054a6;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #0054a6;\" href=\"mailto:research@quebec-elan.org\">research@quebec-elan.org<\/a><\/strong><\/span> and we will provide you with a link to the session via email before the date of the session.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e9bec Relations has what you need to succeed!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In addition to our webinars, Qu\u00e9bec Relations has the resources available to help you find the funding you need now and beyond COVID-19.
