Nearly 1,500 artists, artisans, civil servants, entrepreneurs, cultural workers, and employees were involved in the Culture in Action project. From March 2022 to March 2023, surveys, studies, conferences, workshops, and discussion groups fueled discussions around four major themes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Social safety net<\/strong><br>Better protected labor force through laws and programs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Working conditions<\/strong><br>A valued and healthy workforce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Training and skills development<\/strong><br>A more qualified workforce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Equity, diversity, and inclusion<\/strong><br>A diverse and inclusive workforce<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Going beyond specific interests to unite around common issues, the driving forces of the cultural sector have charted the path to their future by producing this Plan for\u00a0<strong>&#8216;Better working, creating, and living in a constantly evolving environment<\/strong>&#8216;.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click here to consult the <a href=\"https:\/\/competenceculture.ca\/cultureenaction-en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Cultural Human Resources Action Plan<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Comp\u00e9tence Culture launched the Human Resources Action Plan for Culture 2023\u20132028 for the English-speaking community in October 2023. &#8220;The Action Plan for Human Resources in Culture 2023-2028 was developed iteratively through an unprecedented collaborative and citizen-led approach.
