In this workshop, participants will be introduced to the Duties and Obligations for Non-Profit Organizations. This session addresses the legal structure of organizations, the civil, penal and fiscal liability of organizations, and the sources of liability of directors. Attendees will learn the legal reflexes necessary for properly managing your organization and the solutions to protect its liability.
