culturels et patrimoniaux de langue anglaise, ainsi qu\u2019au c\u0153ur de toutes les pratiques artistiques.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/section><\/div>\n<div  class='flex_column ><p>Gr\u00e2ce au soutien de Patrimoine canadien, par le biais de son Programme d\u2019appui aux langues officielles, ce projet a \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9 de septembre 2022 \u00e0 mars 2024 et travaillent dans le milieu de la culture ou du patrimoine et les organismes anglophones de l\u2019ensemble du Qu\u00e9bec pour acc\u00e9der \u00e0 leurs multiples connaissances, exp\u00e9riences et perspectives sur l\u2019\u00e9quit\u00e9, la diversit\u00e9 et l\u2019inclusion;<\/li>\n<li>Phase 2 : Nous avons tir\u00e9 parti de ces apprentissages pour organiser deux journ\u00e9es conf\u00e9rences, le 27 septembre et le 4 octobre 2023, afin d\u2019inviter notre communaut\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir \u00e0 l\u2019EDI et \u00e0 s\u2019engager dans une conversation sur l\u2019avenir que nous souhaitons cr\u00e9er;<\/li>\n<li>Phase 3 : Nous avons appuy\u00e9 sur ces conversations pour concevoir des solutions et des outils visant \u00e0 poursuivre le \u00c9tat de l\u2019art sur l\u2019EDI \u00bb, qui se sont d\u00e9roul\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019automne 2023 (27 septembre et 4 octobre), ont pu compter sur la participation d\u2019une centaine de personnes d\u00e9termin\u00e9es \u00e0 favoriser des changements positifs au sein de la communaut\u00e9 artistique. La premi\u00e8re journ\u00e9e conf\u00e9rence a \u00e9t\u00e9 consacr\u00e9e au plan d\u2019action communautaire en faveur de l\u2019EDI dans le milieu des arts, qui constitue une plateforme destin\u00e9e aux efforts de collaboration et de partage des responsabilit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>La seconde journ\u00e9e conf\u00e9rence a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 un \u00e9ventail d\u2019interventions stimulantes ax\u00e9es sur des sujets pratiques : la mise en \u0153uvre des principes de l\u2019EDI dans les pratiques artistiques et organisationnelles du quotidien, des s\u00e9ances de r\u00e9flexion sur l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 et du sentiment d\u2019appartenance au sein du secteur artistique, etc. Parmi les personnes participantes figuraient <a href=\"https:\/\/www.aimeelouw.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aimee Louw<\/a> (journaliste, auteure et animatrice, CBC), <a href=\"https:\/\/qwf.org\/writer-facilitators\/deanna-smith\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Deanna Smith<\/a> (po\u00e8te, \u00e9ducatrice en arts et justice sociale) et Tracey Paulotte (cheffe des programmes et de la sensibilisation \u00e0 la <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fondationdynastie.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fondation Dynastie<\/a>). Des ateliers de suivi cibl\u00e9s<\/h4>\n<p>\u00c0 partir des connaissances acquises lors des journ\u00e9es conf\u00e9rences r\u00e9alis\u00e9es l\u2019automne dernier (voir ci-bas), ELAN a organis\u00e9 des ateliers de suivi cibl\u00e9s afin d\u2019approfondir la r\u00e9flexion sur les d\u00e9fis et les occasions favorables concernant l\u2019EDI au sein de la communaut\u00e9 artistique.<\/p>\n<h4>2. La conception d\u2019une bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils num\u00e9rique<\/h4>\n<p>ELAN s\u2019engage \u00e0 fournir des ressources pratiques \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des membres de la communaut\u00e9. Une bo\u00eete \u00e0 outils num\u00e9rique qui permet aux individus et aux organismes de disposer d\u2019outils et de strat\u00e9gies visant \u00e0 rendre leurs pratiques plus inclusives a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<h4>3. La cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un m\u00e9canisme d\u2019auto\u00e9valuation<\/h4>\n<p>Pour favoriser la transparence et la responsabilit\u00e9, ELAN a r\u00e9dig\u00e9 un projet d\u2019un m\u00e9canisme de production de rapports d\u2019auto\u00e9valuation pour les artistes et les organismes qui participent au projet d\u2019\u00e9tat de l\u2019art sur l\u2019EDI, soutenant ainsi l\u2019adoption
