Alors que le milieu des arts et de la culture ne sera pas repr\u00e9sent\u00e9 au Rendez-vous national de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre, qui se tient actuellement \u00e0 Qu\u00e9bec, une cinquantaine d\u2019associations professionnelles et de regroupements disciplinaires ont inaugur\u00e9 mardi dernier une grande campagne intitul\u00e9e La culture, le c\u0153ur du Qu\u00e9bec\u00a0\u2013 Pour des carri\u00e8res durables<\/a>. L\u2019objectif est d\u2019alerter la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 civile et le gouvernement sur les r\u00e9alit\u00e9s de l\u2019emploi propres au secteur culturel, lequel est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis en mati\u00e8re de d\u00e9veloppement et de formation de la main-d\u2019\u0153uvre, au m\u00eame titre que les autres secteurs. En outre, les sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de l\u2019emploi dans le secteur culturel constituent une exp\u00e9rience pr\u00e9cieuse \u00a0qu\u2019il serait dommage d\u2019occulter\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0On est, en culture,\u00a0travailleurs autonomes depuis tr\u00e8s longtemps; \u00e0 cr\u00e9er nos emplois, \u00e0 se voir plut\u00f4t comme des micro-entrepreneurs, \u00e0 augmenter nos capacit\u00e9s de mener quatre ou six\u00a0jobs\u00a0en m\u00eame temps, \u00e0 investir en recherche et innovation, \u00e0 pouvoir faire trop souvent de grandes choses avec peu de moyens. On pourrait faire partie d\u2019un \u00e9change d\u2019expertise important de tous c\u00f4t\u00e9s. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Ce mouvement d\u2019organismes culturels et artistiques revendique, d\u2019une part, l\u2019int\u00e9gration d\u2019un chapitre sur les ressources humaines dans la prochaine politique culturelle\u00a0qui mettrait l\u2019accent sur \u00ab l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l\u2019emploi, la formation, la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou l\u2019encadrement des conditions de travail \u00bb et, d\u2019autre part, la mise en place d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie nationale de main-d\u2019\u0153uvre pour le secteur de la culture \u00bb.<\/p>\n
