La Biennale CINARS est un \u00e9v\u00e9nement de promotion et de r\u00e9seautage international. Tous les deux ans, l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement attire plus de 1 550 professionnels provenant de plus de 40 pays. Durant toute la semaine, on peut profiter des spectacles offerts par des artistes locaux et \u00e9trangers, participer aux activit\u00e9s de r\u00e9seautage et aux ateliers de formation, et bien d\u2019autres choses encore !
