Le festival <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec-elan.org\/arts-alive-quebec\/?lang=fr\">Arts Alive! Qu\u00e9bec<\/a>, dirig\u00e9 par Anne Clark, a permis la tenue d\u2019une s\u00e9rie d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements multidisciplinaires dans les villes de Hudson, Knowlton, Huntingdon, Wakefield et Qu\u00e9bec, ainsi qu\u2019une s\u00e9rie d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements musicaux et litt\u00e9raires dans plusieurs biblioth\u00e8ques. Christie Huff et l\u2019\u00e9quipe de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec-elan.org\/linitiative-ace\/?lang=fr\">l\u2019initiative ACE<\/a> ont lanc\u00e9 une nouvelle s\u00e9rie de projets Arts, communaut\u00e9 et \u00e9ducation afin d\u2019amener les artistes \u00e0 \u0153uvrer dans les \u00e9coles du Qu\u00e9bec. June Park a anim\u00e9 plus d\u2019une vingtaine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec-elan.org\/savvy-workshop-series-performing-artist\/\">d\u2019ateliers<\/a> \u00e0 Montr\u00e9al et en r\u00e9gion pour aider les artistes de la sc\u00e8ne \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper leur carri\u00e8re, et Emilia Alvarez et Mariam Assaf ont organis\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec-elan.org\/2018\/12\/04\/performing-arts-market-access-programme-dacces-au-marche-des-arts-de-la-scene\/?lang=fr\">des spectacles promotionnels<\/a> au Canada, aux \u00c9tats-Unis et au Royaume-Uni.<\/p>\n<p>En raison de cette croissance d\u2019activit\u00e9, ELAN a d\u00fb cr\u00e9er un cinqui\u00e8me poste \u00e0 plein temps. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec-elan.org\/team\/#JStampton\">Jackie Smeaton<\/a> a joint notre \u00e9quipe au mois de d\u00e9cembre \u00e0 titre de nouvelle directrice des ressources humaines et administratives. Jackie apporte \u00e0 ELAN sa grande exp\u00e9rience en mati\u00e8re d\u2019administration et de gestion des ressources humaines, ainsi que sa sensibilit\u00e9 d\u2019artiste. Nous avons \u00e9galement embauch\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec-elan.org\/team\/\">Lital Khaikin<\/a> en tant qu\u2019adjointe aux adh\u00e9sions et aux communications dans le cadre d\u2019un contrat de six mois avec Emploi Qu\u00e9bec. Lital travaillera en collaboration avec Sufia Duez et Emily Enhorning \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer les services de communication et d\u2019adh\u00e9sion d\u2019ELAN.<\/p>\n<p>Le premier projet qui nous attend en 2019 est <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quebec-elan.org\/state-of-the-arts\/\">le Sommet des arts<\/a>, qui sera coordonn\u00e9 par Farah Fancy et dirig\u00e9 par Amy Macdonald. ELAN a \u00e9t\u00e9 fond\u00e9 \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un rassemblement d\u2019artistes multidisciplinaires en 2004. En 2011, nous avons organis\u00e9 un autre sommet, qui a men\u00e9 \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de nombreux projets auxquels ELAN a travaill\u00e9 depuis. Le Sommet des arts 2019 vise \u00e0 reprendre contact avec des artistes et des organismes avec lesquels nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u0153uvr\u00e9 dans le pass\u00e9, et \u00e0 tisser des liens avec des artistes et des organismes qui souhaitent collaborer avec ELAN dans le futur.<\/p>\n<p>En 2019, ELAN f\u00eatera ses 15 ans. Certains d\u2019entre vous cheminent avec nous depuis le tout d\u00e9but. Cela a \u00e9t\u00e9 une belle aventure, et il y a beaucoup de choses \u00e0 c\u00e9l\u00e9brer.
