Le projet pilote ARTSCAST favorisera l\u2019inclusion et la valeur ajout\u00e9e de la diffusion d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements en direct sur ARTS2U. Cette s\u00e9rie intitul\u00e9e ARTSCAST concr\u00e9tisera l\u2019id\u00e9e selon laquelle des productions de haute qualit\u00e9 peuvent avoir \u00e0 la fois une fonction de diffusion et d\u2019archivage, et permettra de valoriser le retour des artistes dans les forfaits de diffusion des m\u00e9dias num\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Les artistes, oblig\u00e9s de s\u2019adapter rapidement, ont produit de nombreux spectacles en direct dans le but de les diffuser en ligne, de la peinture en direct aux performances th\u00e9\u00e2trales, en passant par une quantit\u00e9 de flux diffus\u00e9s en direct, et ce avec plus ou moins de succ\u00e8s. La plupart des flux sont diffus\u00e9s gratuitement. Certains artistes ont pu vendre des billets pour leurs diffusions, ou recevoir des dons gr\u00e2ce au financement participatif et aux plateformes de m\u00e9dias sociaux. D\u2019autres ont pu acc\u00e9der \u00e0 des subventions ou \u00e0 une aide financi\u00e8re de la part d\u2019organismes tels que le CNA et la SOCAN. Mais ces ventes de spectacles en ligne n\u2019ont pas g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 des revenus assez substantiels ou durables pour le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice des cr\u00e9ateurs. Pour faire face \u00e0 ce changement de paradigme, le secteur des arts b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience men\u00e9e par ARTSCAST et de ses rapports d\u2019activit\u00e9s. ARTSCAST visera \u00e0 rendre compte des enseignements acquis par les artistes lors de ces productions de spectacles diffus\u00e9s en direct.
