Nous sommes tous arriv\u00e9s en Nouvelle-France, dans le Bas-Canada ou au Qu\u00e9bec, \u00e0 des \u00e9poques et dans des lieux diff\u00e9rents. L\u2019anglais \u00e9tait la langue maternelle de certains d\u2019entre eux, alors que pour d\u2019autres l\u2019anglais est devenu leur premi\u00e8re langue officielle parl\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Comme le contexte politique, social et linguistique a \u00e9volu\u00e9 au fil du temps, nous avons r\u00e9parti les groupes de discussion en fonction des diff\u00e9rentes vagues d\u2019immigration, chaque groupe r\u00e9unissant des gens arriv\u00e9s au Qu\u00e9bec \u00e0 la m\u00eame \u00e9poque. Le premier groupe \u00e9tait constitu\u00e9 de gens arriv\u00e9s au Qu\u00e9bec avant 1945. Le deuxi\u00e8me, avec des gens arriv\u00e9e entre 1945 et 1970. Ces deux premi\u00e8res rencontres ont \u00e9t\u00e9 film\u00e9es au d\u00e9but d\u00e9cembre, et notre \u00e9quipe de production travaille au montage de ces vid\u00e9os.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nous pr\u00e9voyons filmer quatre autres groupes de discussion \u00e0 la fin f\u00e9vrier ou au d\u00e9but mars, une fois que les mesures li\u00e9es \u00e0 la Covid seront assouplies. Le troisi\u00e8me groupe sera constitu\u00e9 de gens dont les familles sont arriv\u00e9es au Qu\u00e9bec entre 1970 et 1995\u00a0; le quatri\u00e8me, de familles arriv\u00e9s entre 1995 et 2010\u00a0; et enfin le dernier groupe, de nouveaux arrivants install\u00e9s au Qu\u00e9bec depuis 2010. Nous formerons \u00e9galement un groupe de discussion avec des gens des r\u00e9gions, qui vivent dans des contextes tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents.
