DOCUMENTS

Applications should be submitted through the Mon dossier CALQ platform.

Applicants must proceed in two steps:

Step 1 – Submit documents in the new Soutien à la mission section:

  • A Soutien à la mission section has been added to your organization’s profile. This section allows you to submit documents attesting to your organization’s eligibility
  • It is also in this section that organizations not receiving mission support in 2023-2024 must submit the Organizational Effectiveness appendix to be completed by new applicants
  • You must attach each of the documents indicated; in some cases a confirmation will be required
  • When you have finished, submit your documents by clicking on the “Submit” button in the Profile – Mission Support section of your CALQ file
  • The Board will then be notified that your organization has completed this first step and will be able to validate the content of the documents

Please note that you can send your documents to the Board at any time before February 1, 2024.

Step 2 – Submitting application forms, other required documents and support material:

  • At this stage, simply create a new application in Mon dossier CALQ, depending on your organization’s profile
  • If your organization has more than one mandate, select your main profile to enter the system
  • Attach the forms and documents as requested and submit your complete application after completing the final declaration
