Inuit and First Nations Arts – Development of Organizational Capacities

DESCRIPTION

This section of the program contributes to the growth, recognition and appreciation of Inuit and First Nations artists and arts, and encourages the reappropriation and transfer of traditional knowledge and Inuit and First Nations languages and art, as well as their continued development. It does so by supporting Indigenous arts organizations in initiatives, development, and consolidation.

CRITERIA

Open to Inuit and First Nations arts organizations.

  • Copies of the organization’s letters patent
  • Copies of the organization’s general regulations
  • Contracts with related organizations, if applicable
  • Financial statements from the most recent completed fiscal year
  • Detailed budget • Summary of the organization’s activities and main achievements
  • Action Plan
  • Supporting audiovisual materials (optional)
