DESCRIPTION

This program offers financial support that allows organizations to prolong working periods for staff on precarious or seasonal contracts.

CRITERIA

  • Applicants must be established and demonstrate good prospects for growth
  • Stabilisation projects must be recurring and continue after the implementation period 
  • Stabilisation projects must aim to prolong employment periods through a diversification of the organization’s products or services or by developing new activities related to its principal business, or through any other means leading to greater employment stability

EXPENSES

  • Employee salary • Consulting fees, if the stabilisation project is deemed sufficiently complex
  • Fees for professional consulting services for purposes outlined in the funding agreement
  • Fees related to an outside consultant that facilitates a consulting committee 
  • Travel and accommodation fees for consultants
  • Costs related to necessary material and supplies
  • Equipment rental or purchasing costs
  • Cost of renting facilities and other associated fees
  • As part of the assistance for the set up of a Human Resources department, 50% of the salary of the person hired to be in charged of it
  • Costs associated with management and administrative activities assumed by the delegated organization (bank charges, time spent in managing budgets, organizing meetings, etc.) up to a maximum of 10% of eligible expenses
  • One-time training fees for members involved in a consulting activity (facilitation groups, holding meetings, conflict resolution, etc.)
  • Promotion and marketing costs within the scope of an activity undertaken with a delegated organization; for any other activity, advertising should be limited to the operations budget
  • Training costs related to the transfer of knowledge of employees covered by the ARTT plan 
  • Taxes (non-reimbursed portion)
  • Financial incentives allocated under the ARTT component
