Exchanges of artists and studio-apartments Québec – Argentina

Échanges d’artistes et ateliers-résidences Québec-Argentine

DESCRIPTION

This agreement enables two Québec artists to engage in a two-month residency in Argentina. The artists participating in this program enjoy complete autonomy and define the objectives of their stay and elaborate the parameters and conditions for its realization. Applicants must establish the professional ties necessary to carry out their project, as the case may be. Grants awarded by the Conseil under the Studios and studio-apartments section enable recipients to cover the cost of personal insurance, travel, living expenses and costs related to carry out their projects.

Information of the host institution
Argentina is a cultural leader in Latin America. Its rich history and cultural originality, which strongly reflect European influences, make it a remarkably dynamic country in which numerous artistic currents converge.
